Hoard Verdict

The StoryHoard editorial verdict

★ 3.5/5

A breezy, idea-driven post-apocalypse that trades grit for invention, so it stays fun and clever even when the drama feels thinner.

Pros

  • Science-based problem solving that is genuinely educational
  • An upbeat tone with a big, charming ensemble
  • Creative set-ups that make each arc feel different

Cons

  • Character drama often takes a back seat to the tech
  • Some science is simplified to keep the pace up
