Miss Black General is the evil executive of a secret organisation, and she dreams of world domination. The problem is that she is crushing hard on her superhero nemesis. The premise is a comedy of divided loyalties, where a villainess's ambition keeps running into her feelings. The strength is the energy. The action scenes are bright, and the comedy plays well against the villainess's grand schemes. The lead's earnest determination gives the story a warm, goofy heart. The weaknesses are about the long run. The same joke patterns return often, and the ecchi moments can feel out of place. Readers wanting a tighter story may find it stretched.Recommended for fans of silly action comedies with a romance thread. Expect a loud, cheerful read that is best enjoyed in small doses.
