by Hiroya Oku, Keita Iizuka
A group of high-school students had an accident on their way to a trip and died but they find themselves in a classroom with a black sphere.
The StoryHoard editorial verdict
A brutal, high-tension survival spin-off in the Gantz world, with sharp action and a grim tone that won't suit every reader.
Pros
- A tense, survival-driven premise
- Strong action set pieces
- A familiar world for fans
Cons
- The tone is bleak and violent
- It sits within a larger series, so context helps
