★ 2.5/5

A cheat-skill fantasy with lots of power and humour, but it leans on familiar isekai beats and some ecchi jokes.

Pros

Medicine-based cheat skill is a fresh angle
Action scenes are bright and easy to follow

Cons

Familiar revenge-and-power-up structure
Ecchi elements feel out of place at times

Leaf has been living a peaceful life in a remote village until his fiancée betrays him and takes his home and work. Wandering with nothing, he has to decide what to do next. The premise is a classic cheat-skill fantasy, where a wronged hero's unusual talent gives him a way back. The strength is the skill concept. Medicine as a powerful cheat is an interesting angle, and the early action has a bright, cheerful energy. The comedy lands in small doses. The weaknesses are the genre's usual ones. The revenge-and-rise structure is familiar, and the ecchi moments sit awkwardly with the rest of the tone. Readers wanting a fresh plot may find it predictable.Recommended for fans of cheat-skill fantasy who do not mind familiar beats. Expect a fast, fun read with some rough edges.
