Gray is a B-rank adventurer with a frightening face, and he was once only a background character in a fantasy RPG. After saving some orphans from goons, he resolves to look after the hero and his friends. The premise is a warm adventure with a slice-of-life heart, where a gruff fighter discovers a gentler side of himself. The strength is the warmth. Gray's kindness is endearing, and the bond with the young heroes feels genuine.
