She has long lashes, radiant crimson eyes and silver hair like an angel's, but she is no angel. She is the villainess Syriana Malforte, and the narrator has been isekaied into her body. The premise is a fantasy comedy-drama about a stranger who must survive a role she never chose. The strength is the voice. The lead's wry reactions to her new identity are funny, and her attempts to avoid the villainess's fate give the story a clear shape. The fantasy setting is well sketched. The weaknesses are about the formula. The body-swap-into-a-villainess setup is well worn, and some romantic beats follow expected lines. Readers wanting originality may find it familiar.Recommended for fans of witty villainess-reincarnation stories. Expect a fun, familiar read with a sharp heroine.
