The bow is a weapon that dominates everything in sight, even for targets hiding at distances too far for the eyes to see. Just imagine a weapon that can strike unseen. That hook is what sets this wuxia apart: the series builds its martial world around the bow rather than the sword, and the result is a fresh, precise kind of action. The strength is the staging. Archery fights are clear and tense, and the full-colour panels make distance and trajectory easy to follow. The martial rivalries give each battle purpose. The weaknesses are clear. Wuxia tropes are familiar, and the early worldbuilding can feel thin. Readers wanting a sword-heavy story may find the focus unusual.Recommended for fans of martial arts with an unusual weapon at the centre. Expect a precise, fresh ride.
