Shitsugyou Kenja no Nariagari: Kirawareta Sainou wa Sekai Saikyoudeshita

A boy given the title of Sage by heaven is scouted by a hero party with high hopes for his skills. Then his skill turns out to be necromancy, which is creepy, and he is exiled. That reversal is the engine of the series, and the underdog arc is satisfying to follow. The premise leans into its darkness rather than apologising for it.The best part is the unusual power fantasy. Necromancy gives the story a distinctive edge that many isekai lack, and the lead's stubborn drive keeps the chapters moving. The action is clear and dynamic, and the story rewards readers who stick with it.The weaknesses are clear. The harem and romance elements feel tacked on, and the very long run has sprawling arcs that can feel bloated. Some side characters are underdeveloped, so the wider world can feel thin.Recommended for isekai fans who like a darker underdog story with an unusual power. Expect a long run and some padding.
