Kekkai no Noah

When a family of three books passage on a luxury liner, they soon realise that the glamorous cruise ship is nothing but a facade. That premise is a claustrophobic hook, and the series builds its horror on the gap between a polished surface and a hidden danger. The sea and the sealed ship make the tension inescapable. The strength is the setting. The ship is a tight, unsettling stage, and the mystery is layered. Each reveal makes the situation more frightening. The weaknesses are clear. Gore is intense at times, and the cast can feel sparse for depth. Readers wanting a more fleshed-out ensemble may find it limited.Recommended for horror readers who enjoy claustrophobic mysteries. Expect graphic moments and a tense ride.
