There is a new school nurse at Mitsugi Middle School, and the students could not be more excited. To everyone else, Momoyama-sensei is an unmatched beauty, but second-year student Tsuji sees things differently. The premise is a light comedy about a school crush and the one student who refuses to be swept along. The strength is the contrast. The students' excitement and Tsuji's cool scepticism make for funny scenes, and the nurse's presence adds a playful charm. The tone stays cheerful. The weaknesses are about simplicity. The premise is slight, and the gags can repeat. Readers wanting a deeper story may find it light.Recommended for readers who enjoy quick, cheerful comedies. Expect a bright, easy read that is best enjoyed in small doses.
