Rojika to Rakkasei

Rojika and Rakka live on a certain planet. They dig a hole to kill time, get a Mystery Disc, find a secret dungeon in the forest, and spend their days in small adventures. That premise is wonderfully odd, and the series finds its charm in the playfulness of ordinary days on a strange world. The strength is the tone. The comedy is gentle and surreal, and the two companions' easy friendship makes each chapter pleasant. The small mysteries add a curious spark. The weaknesses are clear. The structure is very episodic, and the humour can feel random. Readers wanting a plot may find it loose.Recommended for readers who enjoy quirky, gentle adventures with a strange charm. Expect a playful, easy read.
