Fifteen years ago, Kusanagi-sensei gave up her love. Now, her lost love's daughter is her student. As she wavers under the pressure of her student's relentless attacks, the teacher's composure is tested. The premise is a comedy about a teacher pulled back toward a past feeling, and a student determined to make her life difficult. The strength is the comedy. The student's determined pursuit and the teacher's flustered efforts to keep her distance are funny. The school setting gives the story a clear frame. The weaknesses are about the long run. It is very long, and the beats can repeat. The romance moves slowly, which may frustrate some readers.Recommended for readers who enjoy long, witty comedies about awkward feelings.
